update the new charts in the sign image

As you all know, recently the chart has been modified in OGame.
There is always the "Points Chart" and the "Research Chart" but there is no more the "Fleet Chart".
Now there are the "Economy Chart" and the "Military Chart".
So, you should modify tha fact that in the sign image, there is still written Fleet Point. You should change in Military points.
Look at the circle I made in this image (even if it's in italian, you should understand anyway):
